Give yourself a moment of rest and relaxation after a hiking day!
After a day outdoors you will appreciate the HAMMAM, SAUNA and storvatt (wooden outdoor Jacuzzi heated over a wood fire).
- The sauna provides a very dry heat (between 5 to 20% moisture) and high (between 80 and 90 ° C).
The high temperature causes heavy sweating which helps eliminate toxins and cleanse the skin deep.
Between sessions in the cabin, fresh showers allow their side, firm skin, improve its elasticity and boost circulation. It is recommended to ease breathing problems such as asthma, rheumatism and osteoarthritis and to relieve aches because it relaxes and softens muscles.
Nothing like a sauna rounds to be able to relax after a day of hiking or sport: If you want a moment of relaxation and serenity, the heat of the sauna is for you: a calm nerves sitting favors 'stress of evacuation and frees the tensions of a hectic day.
A true bubble of well-being, it offers a break from the hustle of everyday life. You come out totally relaxed and peaceful sleep in the evening.
- The Hammam is simply a steam bath to 40 ° / 50 ° C. Heat, 100% saturated with moisture, leaves an impression of softness and easily supports through the steam. Hammam calm muscle tension and aches, promotes sleep: sweat glands secrete sweat and eliminate waste, cleaning the skin in depth. The skin becomes soft, wicking dead cells: exfoliation is recommended late in the session. Is added to the steam eucalyptus or pine species with soothing and decongestant properties for the bronchi. Excellent for colds. Followed by a warm or cold shower and a massage with essential oils, the hammam tones and firms the skin.

MASSAGE and CARE
We have a massage room, our masseuses will offer their massage with essential oils map. The massages are optional and reservations.

10 people maximum, by rotation 45 / 60mn.
- Or in private reservation from 15h to 17h.
In winter, the area is open 3-5 days a week and on reservation

In summer it is open on reservation the morning.
