The prices of the apartments
- The loan of sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases for 7 to 14 days. If you wish to change bed linen during the stay, a supplement of 4 € per person will be charged.
- The loan of towels.
- The loan of 1 bath mat (per bathroom), 10 tea towels and 3 mops (3 dishcloths and 2 mops to Ranunculus and Soldanelle).
- The provision of a set of pieces of dishes and kitchen inventory.
- The provision of furniture and appliances according to inventory. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher in each rental.
- The use of the wood stove with the necessary wood (5 to 10 logs per day depending on the dates).
- The provision of a clean cottage.
Our rates do not include
- The restoration of the premises as clean as on your arrival. An inventory will be made with you when you leave. If you do not want to clean, you will be charged € 100 extra for Ancolie and € 45 for Buttercup and Soldanelle.
- Tourist tax: 0.60 € per person and per day for adults from 13 years old.
- Food products and cleaning products.
- Power consumption OUT OF SEASON. At the beginning of your stay, we will measure the electricity consumption and make the difference at the end of your stay.
KW price in peak hours: € 0.20 (2017 readjustable price)
- Additional logs: 1 € per log
- Cancellation assistance, repatriation optional interruption of stay (3.9%)
- Resort insurance in your home insurance policy. Ask your insurer.
WELLNESS AREA
It is possible to enjoy the Wellness Area: Hammam Sauna and Storvatt, (Nordic outdoor Jacuzzi wood), Hotel ** l'Echaillon. (Subject to availability: from 10 € the group session per person). Possibility of private reservation. Information at the hotel.
BAIL
Upon your arrival, you will be asked for a check for 150 €, which will be returned at the end of your stay at the return of the keys and after the inventory.
INSURANCE: VERY IMPORTANT
- You must provide us with a holiday insurance certificate that is included in your home insurance policy. Thank you for asking your insurer.
- We offer a cancellation insurance and repatriation assistance -interruption of stay equal to 3.9% of the total price of your stay.

Rates for groups under 8 people in AncolieNo use of 2nd floor: there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
- 1 / HIGH SEASON (school holidays Christmas, February, and summer): reduction of 100 €
- 2 / IN SEASON: electricity not included
- March, June and Sept: 10% reduction from 5 to 8 people. 20% discount from 1 to 4 people
Rates for weekends (April, May, October, November and early December)
- 2 nights, 3 days from day 1 to 12h day 3 to 16 h, in off-season, electricity not included. Price: 42% of the weekly price.
- 1 night, 2 days from day 1 to 12h on day 2 to 16 h, in off-season, electricity not included. Price: 30% of the price week.
Rules of cohabitation so that everything happens in a good mood and you have a good holiday
- Please do not smoke in the cottages and use an ashtray when smoking outside.
- Animals: We are happy to accept your pet but for the comfort of all we ask you to respect these rules:
- Maximum 1 dog per cottage.
- Let him live on the ground floor, do not let your dog go upstairs or on the benches.
- Do not let your dog loose around the cottages.
- For all their needs take them to the fields. It is not very pleasant to find traces along the paths leading to the various chalets, and this attracts the dogs of the village. Also think of children who like to roll in the grass while playing.
- Please do not ride with your vehicles on the lawn or in the neighboring fields. There is enough parking behind the cottages to put your vehicles. Be sure to leave a completely free space in front of the chalet's entrance and garage doors.
- We wanted to privilege the interior space of the cottages for everyone to feel good. We are counting on you to not increase the capacity. Ancolie can accommodate 15 people, Buttercup 5 people, Soldanelle 4 people maximum.
The three accommodations are equipped with washing machines and dishwashers, we ask you to take care of them as much as at home: to preserve the thermostats, to clean the filters, not to put large dishes or large cutlery in the dishwasher . Rinse the very dirty dishes with water before putting them in the dishwasher.
- 2 accommodations (Ancolie and Soldanelle) are accessible for people with reduced mobility by the terrace, however sanitary facilities are not suitable.
- The ranking grid of furnished is available on request.

In Névache we do not have a cash machine, pharmacy or petrol station.
