Roll freely on the high Alps passes for cyclists
Climb safely passes the Hautes-Alpes
Reserved Cols is an event organized since 1997 by the Departmental Committee of Tourism, in partnership with the General Council of the Hautes-Alpes, which offers road cyclists to ride safely passes in the Hautes-Alpes, ie no motorized vehicles.
The appointment in 2013
